This year is the 10th anniversary of UPAF, and we will continue to bring strong films but as an online festival this year in September-October. We will make the best effort to make it a live experience with Q&As with directors etc -you will surely feel the sea breeze of Uno \ud83d\ude42<\/div>\n

Starting this year, Japanese short film section will be added to UPAF. This is a tab for call for entry thus was only available in Japanese. We had 72 entries (!) and have selected the 5 brilliant films below. Please look forward to watching them. They will be available with English subtitles to the world audience since UPAF 2020 will be held online due to COVID. Congrats to the filmmakers and their teams!<\/div>\n
