Director’s bio: Kiri Davis knew early on in life that she wanted to work with film. She made A Girl Like Me at the tender age of 16. Kiri shot, edited, and directed this award-winning documentary, which is currently being screened internationally. She continues her work in film majoring in media studies at New School University in New York City.
